The Little Eco Cakes story...

Little Eco Cakes by moo & bree was founded by sisters Tamara & Briana. Our business has evolved from our love of baking and our desire to eat wholesome organic cupcakes that look and taste fantastic.

We use only certified organic/biodynamic ingredients, and if we cannot source a particular ingredient (that is certified organic), we will let you know before we process your order. We believe you should get what you are paying for. This is why we have a full list of all ingredients we use in our cupcakes available for you to see on our website. No artificial flavours, additives or preservatives are used in any of our baking. We are even in the process of making our own organic vanilla extract!

Due to fruit and vegetables being seasonal, some of our cupcakes are not available year round as we refuse to use imported fruit that has been stored in a refrigerator for many months. We are also focused on doing our best for the environment. We use as much recycled/biodegradable packaging as possible and are always looking at ways to better our effect on the environment.

We are located in both Shenton Park, Perth and Dunsborough in the South-West of Western Australia. Our home kitchens are registered to the Home Produced Foods in the City of Subiaco and the Shire of Busselton. We adhere to the strictest Health and Safety Standards and have completed "I'm Alert Food Safety Training".
